If you get a warning and it is severe the violation, you will revive the opportunity to request a refund, and then contract is terminated. In extreme cases where highly illegal acts are conducted, communication is discontinued immediately and no refund.

This person is a likely a scammer and is likely operating as an alt account for MoneroMarket. Initially, he insisted that I use MoneroMarket as the sole mediator for escrow, which raised my suspicions. When I declined, he reluctantly allowed me to choose from other mediators. However, he then attempted to bypass escrow altogether, insisting that I send funds directly to him outside of the escrow process, which completely undermines the purpose of using escrow.
So I my options were 1) use escrow with him and his alt or 2) send XMR directly to him
either way he would likely scam me and I would lose my XMR.
So there is no point in trading with this guy, he is likely a scammer. Waste of time. Very rude. Called me a cunt and blocked me. 1 stars..
BEWARE this user does not do escrow in the normal sense. I assume he is a SCAMMER. He wanted me to send XMR directly to his address before starting the escrow. He does not state this anywhere on his listing as of 21 Dec. As he has ZERO TRADES AND REVIEWS, I advise you DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO HIM DIRECTLY. He has completed ZERO TRADES and will most likely TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. AVOID FOR NOW!!!
