Everyone has to have their photos, documents video proofs, proof of ownership, etc, etc and dm me directly before the actual mediation so i can approve or deny it. Both sides must show good faith, and no shady biz pls just regular mediation.
Im not always here but as i said please line up the necessary papers and video everything and be willing to discuss both sides and ultimately come to a compromise.
For digital products please just make sure all necessary things are ready and prepared as well, so theres no long waiting periods in case you go offline or something.
Ill make everything as clean as possible so please no unnecessary bickering or ill raise my mediation rate to 40%.
