Terms

Hi, my name is Yuuka.

My job as a mediator is done with love for the xmr community and great commitment. I will duplicate and backup the escrow keys for the trade, so that no keys are lost or falsely deleted.

Note: Buyer and Seller are encouraged to negotiate any disputes before requiring mediator's intervention.

1. If problems accur, message me privatly f.e. over simpleX.
- My times: Europe time, checking daily in the morning.

2. Evidence
The more evidence you have the better. If you want to be sure, try to collect as much clear evidence of your selling or buying.

2.1 Digital goods
Keep screenshots and other evidence of your doings or delivery.

2.2 Physical goods (shipping)
Before shipping physical goods, the Seller must:
- Take a photo of the item with a handwritten note including the Buyer's XMRbazaar username, trade price, and date.
- Take a video of packaging.
- Take a photo of the sealed package and shipping label, and timestamp the images.
- Both buyer and seller must agree on what to do in case of confirmed loss in transit by the shipping service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and inform me, the mediator. (It's advisable for more valuable goods to use a tracking number and at least basic shipping insurance.)
- Making unboxing videos of sealed packages is advisable in all cases.

3. Funds released
After the Buyer accepts the goods or the service is confirmed by both parties, the mediator will release the funds (minus the Monero network's transaction fee and mediator's fee) to the Seller.

4. Dispute solved
(unfaithfull behaveour may lead to blacklisting on xmrbazaar)

I will do my best to be a good mediator.
