The Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Oliva Lorenzo Number 3 Barbera DOP Val di Mazara is a monocultivar of Biancolilla variety, obtained from olives from organic farming grown on high hill. Biancolilla at these altitudes expresses the maximum content in aromatic and polyphenol substances. The result is an oil of great harmony, with fruity mandorlato and balanced, to be combined with all vegetables or fresh cheeses. For its herbaceous scent combined with an unexpected sweetness, it perfectly matches the fish-based kitchen both raw and cooked.
Dedicated to three generations of the Barbera family, the Lorenzo line represents the highest synthesis of the production of extra virgin olive oil of Manfredi Barbera and Figli, a perfect union of values that always animate the company and the oil mill of Custonaci.
