I'm a university student and I'm looking for a cheap room to rent in Durham Region in Ontario, Canada. Ideally, for no more than 700 CAD / month. It would also be ideal if it's located closer to Ontario Tech University (like, within 2 hours of bus travel via the Durham Transit busses).
