The price indicated must therefore be understood as an average price. Our goal is to achieve the requested weight as accurately as possible. Example: A 350g steak can also weigh 330g or 370g.

This product is vacuum packed and should be stored between 2-4 degrees Celsius with a shelf life of 20 days. You can always extend its shelf life by freezing it, as neither its flavor nor its texture will be altered.
