Description
Founded in 1852 by Ludovico "Aquilino" Maestrani, the Maestrani company started crafting such exquisite Swiss chocolate that it was soon appointed purveyor to the court by King Umberto I of Italy. After further perfecting its outstanding chocolate under the Munz brand, you now are able to savor the same luxurious chocolate experience that King Umberto I of Italy used to enjoy.
Maestrani is also a leader in sustainability. For example, its entire chocolate production is carbon neutral as all emissions are fully offset by climate protection projects, earning the company the "Certificate for Nature-Oriented Environmental Design" from the Foundation "Natur & Wirtschaft" and the certification "climate neutral" by the non-profit foundation Myclimate.
Maestrani Munz Swiss Chocolate is crafted with select premium cocoa, hazelnuts, Swiss whole milk and vanilla extract and is 100% free of palm oil. This delicious treat comes in a 100g pack and also makes a great gift.
