- There is a minimum order quantity of 2 different items and for orders outside the EU, there is a minimum order quantity of 3 different items.

- We aim to keep shipping costs low which means by default, international orders are shipped with Swiss Post and its international partner carriers. This means delivery times are unpredictable and can take anywhere from days to weeks. For faster delivery (typically 1-3 days) at an additional cost (depending on destination country and weight), we are happy to ship your order with Swiss Post Urgent Express or DHL.

- Since chocolate is heat sensitive, we specify a maximum temperature allowable during shipping. We cannot take responsibility in case a carrier exceeds this temperature. Fortunately, this has never happened and so far, all chocolates have arrived safely at our customers.

- We aim to practice proper privacy hygiene and delete all shipping information immediately after shipping.
