The provola, available in 290 g format, once formed is placed in a special oven and subjected to smoking for a few hours. In this way it takes on its characteristic golden-brown color and acquires an intense but at the same time sweet and delicate taste.
INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized milk, milk enzymes, salt, rennet. No added preservatives. ALLERGENS: Milk and dairy products, cow's milk protein.
