Why prepping? Well, an American prepper designed the remodel. Redundencies in water, heating, and the vault area were all consciously designed as such. THe location also lends itself to the cause as most neighbors have animals and knowledge of how to properly care and process them. Most have worked on farms at some point in their careers.

Noise: little. The town has under 200 people. Maybe for a holiday there will be loud music. The rest is detached silence.
