Description
Strudel's recipe dates back as far as the 8th century B.C. It is a dessert with a rustic aesthetic but will win you over with its balance of flavors and textures. Pasticceria Mosna has made it its workhorse, with a base of puff pastry, Golden Delicious apples, raisins and cinnamon. Production is artisanal and daily and begins with the selection of raw materials, which are local and of the highest quality.
