About the trader

I have been working with ACER / Predator for 15 years, as a subcontractor / partner. Every product is brand new, unopened. You pay the public fiat price, no more (sometimes, less !). It is shipped from ACER warehouse in Poland, directly to you.
Products are either french or german localized. This means french or german keyboard layouts for laptops / desktops. For shipping in France, Germany, Austria, pick domestic shipping. For anywhere else, pick international shipping.
We can use mediator for escrow. Process:
1. You send me shipping adress, phone # and email (optional)
2. Two workdays later, ACER / DHL ships the package so i transfer you the shipping URL and to the mediator.
3. Once you recieve the package: buyer is required to film the opening, including expeditor name, shipping date and reference.
4. Once the transporter shipping status says "Delivered", we unlock escrow payment.
5. Review is apreciated.
Laptops/desktops/monitors/projectors/graphic cards are under 2 years constructor warranty. If such problem arises, you will need to send back the product to ACER: please contact me in that case.
In case of failed delivery, DHL will try a second time. If second delivery fails, buyer will need to pick up the package at a nearby DHL center.
In care of manufacturer defect, you will need to ship it back to the constructor. I will provide you the adress and pay for the shipment. Once ACER acknowledges that there is indeed a defect, I will ship you another unit. If there is no stock, i will pay you 100% refund.
If product breaks during usage, i will link you up with ACER support, send them the invoice and make sure they support you.
