Sold AS IS.
Motherboard starts up, connected fans do spin up, but doesn't do POST. Can connect to IPMI, but cannot login. No signal from VGA port.
There is no visible (to me) mechanical or electrical damage. The item was working, removed from the server for a sale, but then stopped working under unknown circumstances.
