Damaged Touchpad: The trackpad works and correctly tracks your finger; you can move the cursor, scroll, and click via tapping (tap-to-click). However, the physical clicking mechanism is damaged – when you press the touchpad, there is no characteristic click or tactile confirmation (lack of tactile feedback).
Scratches: The laptop has visible scratches on the palm rest (internal casing), primarily next to the touchpad. I have tried to show these in the photos.
