This cake with almonds and chocolate is a Prada Biscotti production. It was founded by the Prada family in 1920, and since then it produces cakes and biscuits in a completely artisan way, respecting the original recipes.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour type “00,” sugar, non-hydrogenated margarine (palm vegetable fat, water, sunflower vegetable oil, skimmed milk powder), almonds 8%, dark chocolate 5.6%, (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), fresh eggs 4%, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates, wheat flour), salt.
