Aloe Arborescens
Description
Aloe arborescens (meaning tree-like) is the actual medicinal plant for skin care and more powerful than its well known cousin plant aloe vera. It benefits wound healing from rashes or burns and softens the skin. Ingested it is used for cleansing and can benefit gut health and even treat cancer!
It grows vigourosly and brings plenty of off shoots each year which can be planted to grow even more plants! Through winter it should be kept cool and with little watering inside. When temperatures get over 8°C it can be put outside into an half-shaded area to acclimate to the sun for 4-8 weeks before being set in full sunlight. The effects of not properly introducing sunlight can be severe so don't skip this process!
Plants are minimum 20cm tall and come with a pot.
