Unfortunately, as an expert, I would deem this particular Beanie Baby as "not highly valuable", as it is not part of the early generations of Beani (plural of Beanies). In fact, this particular bear is the *second* version of its kind. The original version of this bear was named "Garcia". TY was sued by Jerry Garcia's estate (known from the band Grateful Dead) for using Jerry Garcia's Grateful Dead image with a tie-dye bear named "Garcia". Seeing as this bear is a "newer" generation, and not the original Garcia bear, I would confidently appraise this to be worth ~$8 USD (not including shipping).
