These are perfect for you! They have the standard full body of a normal 30 round mag. However they have been blocked and the baseplates permanently sealed with a polymer adhesive.
THEY CAN NOT BE OPENED WITHOUT DESTROYING THE MAGAZINE :(
These mags have been used once, and marked with the word "cucked" in sharpie see the photos above. (Can probably be removed easily with some ISO if desired)
