𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱:
- All mediation sessions will be conducted through encrypted chat apps, such as XMRBazaar, SimpleX Chat, Matrix, etc., to ensure confidentiality and security of communication.
- Users will be verified via PGP keys as listed on XMR Bazaar on the encrypted chat app of choice to ensure correct parties are involved.
- If a party does not reply within 30 days, the dispute will be closed

𝗙𝗲𝗲𝘀:
- A mediation fee will be charged, which will be a percentage of a fixed fee of 0.025 XMR, as outlined in the mediator's listing. This fee will be split equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed upon.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲:
- The mediator will aim to acknowledge receipt of a dispute within 24 hours and will strive to resolve the dispute within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 72 hours, depending on the complexity of the case.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:
- All information provided during the dispute resolution process will be kept confidential. The mediator will not disclose any details to unauthorized parties.
- Discussions and decisions made during mediation will also remain private unless both parties agree otherwise.

𝗣𝗵𝘆𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 (𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀):
- Before shipping physical goods, the Seller must:
ㅤ ㅤ ㅤㅤ ㅤ ㅤ- Take a photo of the item with a handwritten note including the Buyer's XMRbazaar username, trade price, and date.
ㅤ ㅤ ㅤㅤ ㅤ ㅤ- Take a photo of the sealed package and shipping label, and timestamp the images.
ㅤ ㅤ ㅤㅤ ㅤ ㅤ- Both buyer and seller must agree on what to do in case of confirmed loss in transit by the shipping service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and inform XMRRedux, the mediator. (It's advisable for more valuable goods to use a tracking number and at least basic shipping insurance.)
𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: Proof of delivery is ONLY required to be provided to the mediator, XMRRedux, in the event of a dispute. Failure to provide this proof can adversely affect the decision made by the mediator when resolving the dispute. Both parties are encouraged to retain these records until the transaction is fully completed and both parties are satisfied, to ensure a smooth resolution process in case of any discrepancies.


𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲:
- After the Buyer accepts the goods or the service, and is confirmed by both parties, the mediator will release the funds (minus the Monero network's transaction fee and mediator's fee) to the Seller.
