Hey, some of you might of seen me on X before, I'm @bitcoinrenegade on X aka Thoughtcrimeboss. I thought this might be a good place to shamelessly shill my new free newsletter, "Thought Crime Trap House" since I am including Monero as well as general privacy news in every issue. Who am I? I'm a freelance writer who has have lived without a bank account of any kind for well over a decade now and use crypto as much as possible, and cash when I can't use crypto. I am passionate about protecting my privacy as much as possible and believe in opting out of the fiat monetary slavery system. I think the organization known as government is a bunch of criminals who are responsible for most of the misery and death in the world. It is a glorified mafia hiding behind illegitimate legal authority that uses it's monopoly on violence to enslave, kidnap, murder, surveil, and rob innocent people on a regular basis. I believe the best way to resist this is nonviolently through countereconomics, encryption, cryptocurrency, and building alternative systems that allow people to avoid using the state's systems as much as possible.

I want the newsletter to be a way for people to catch up on all the relevant news, especially new threats to our freedom and privacy. Knowledge is power, and if we don't know what our adversaries are doing it is much harder to defend against it. I also want to share anything I have learned or will learn about the best ways to opt out safely.
