I've been locked out of my account, slvit. The contact page says, for account recovery, contact AlliA by messenger and this requires a login.

I have my username and password but it keeps asking for 2FA. I checked my email, signal, and simplex. I don't have session.

I emailed support 24 hours ago, no reply.

I created a new account, slvit_new. With this account I was able to message the customer, but attempts to message AlliA or Douglas_Tuman return errors.

At this point, I just want my accounts deleted so nobody else makes orders I can't access.
