How to do XmrBazaar multisig escrow in `monero-wallet-cli`?

No-JS here. Yeah, I am that stubborn. I just figured out how to do manual PGP in the messenger; I hope I did it right, so that the recipient can decrypt my message with the JS PGP messenger thing.

Next step should be an escrow transaction. Hmmmm.

The documentation at https://xmrbazaar.com/escrow-guide/ says only, "If you want to use Monero CLI or MMS instead, you will need to do that manually (i.e. message the other traders, ask them to setup multisig with you via Monero CLI or MMS, and then manually mark the order as paid/completed)."

I don't want to trouble the other trader. Also, although I'm comfortable with `monero-wallet-cli` (never used any other wallet for XMR!), and I know the abstract theory of M/N multisig, I've never done a Monero multisig before. In the Monero CLI wallet, `apropos multisig`, `help make_multisig` and `help prepare_multisig` are not being very helpful.

Some documentation or guidance would be appreciated. How would this be done, specifically for the XmrBazaar escrow system? Also: Is there any way for me to use my CLI tools, keep JS disabled in *my* browser, and let my counterparties do it the so-called "easy" way? That would be nice.
