No matter what I do, I can't add my signal contact to get notifications. Whether I use my username or phone number. It will say "API error (Failed to send message due to rate limiting)" when I use the number and "API error (Failed to send message due to untrusted identities)" when I use my username with two digit number. Anything else just returns a generic API error.

Help or a bug fix would be appreciated
