Buying/hiring listings should not be marked as "Out of stock" after one order

Right now, vendors/freelancers can mark their listing as either one-time or unlimited. This should be also given to buyers/employers. Or at the very least, the implicit behavior should be those listings functioning as unlimited to avoid people having to constantly re-mark their listings as "Active".

Also, you should be allowed to list any arbitrary amount of stock instead of just one-time or unlimited.
