At which stage of escrow are the service terms and conditions set? Which terms are considered valid and which are not, and at which stage can they be changed? I only see protection about Mnemonic, but there's nothing. Is there any way I can conduct a test transaction without losing money to see if the mechanism works?

The terms are posted in the chat at the beginning by either the seller or the buyer and must be agreed upon. They may be changed at any time if both parties agree.
