Grace period for username changes (time lock username change)

I know this's a bit obvious at this point but some scammers are constantly changing usernames, making it harder to track and avoid them for users.
A 3 day grace period for username changes would be a start to lower this activity. I fail to see any other use case where you need to change your username so rapidly anyways?

Alternatively making it cost XMR might be an option?
A few forum functions are behind donation lock, why not username change. Or, just offer 1 username change per 3 months, you want more changes, .1 XMR per change?

Username should be totally blocked. Why change? Normal user want their profile to be recognised.

The site is responsible for these scams. I want my money back.

Even don't trust the administrator's profile Douglas_Tuman. It's used by a scammer right now.

I think a grace period is a good idea, maybe allow to change the username once a month?
