Hi i signed up with this new account as I’m not able to ask without being logged in. I have lost two accounts now for unknown reasons. I had correct username and password but when i tried logging in said account wasn’t active. So tried restoring my accounts with backup keys but since I’m not logged in I’m not able to restore. What have i missed?

Thanks

The FAQ's route for someone without a linked recovery email/messenger is to contact admin AilliA from a temporary account. You've already made that account, so the next step is here: https://xmrbazaar.com/messenger/AilliA/

If you did link recovery details, this reset page works without signing in: https://xmrbazaar.com/reset-password/

Source: https://xmrbazaar.com/faq/ ("How to recover my account?"). It doesn't document backup-key import as a way around the website login. Ask the admin to check the "account wasn't active" status; that message alone doesn't establish that your backup is wrong. Keep the backup key private—don't post it here.
