The ability to Hide/Block certain Users is a requirement for any forum.

Please add this normal function.

As XMRBazzar and the Forum grow in popularity, they will come under increased attack by malevolent Trolls, A.I. Bots, and Spammers.

Forums without that basic functionality soon fill with garbage and are abandoned by Good Users. I've personally seen this happen over 100 times since I ran a dial-up BBS in the late 80's.
