I have 3 decades in Silicon Valley solving problems. I didn't give myself the handle "Winston Wolf". It was given to me by team members about 15-20 years ago. My wheelhouse is driving infrastructure projects to completion where previous efforts have failed. Failed for technical reasons or failed for reason of internal politics or organizational dysfunction. It doesn't matter to me. Some of my clients have included crypto exchanges, high-frequency trading teams, and even government agencies. It's been more than a decade since your team has successfully completed an upgrade of the core trading infrastructure? Well, let's talk.

- I do offgrid payments via Monero only. No W-2. No 1099.
- I don't accept every assignment.
- Projects are structured with mileposts for technical goals as well as payment.
- Projects have a beginning and an end. I almost never do retainers or open-ended engagements.
- Initial consultations are free.
- Technical project management and strategy definition are a different (and lower) rate than hands-on in-the-trenches technical work.
- US Timezones are best but I'm flexible depending on the assignment.
