Description

## Installation (3 steps)

1. **Start Monero RPC** (keep running)
```
monero-wallet-rpc --wallet-file path/to/wallet --rpc-bind-port 18082
```

2. **Backend**
```
cd backend && npm install
cp .env.example .env (edit with your settings)
npm run dev
```

3. **Frontend**
```
cd frontend && npm install
npm run dev
```

**Dashboard:** http://localhost:3000
**OBS Overlay:** http://localhost:3000/obs-overlay.html

Done!
