i have the required tool in order to catch fish while snorkling and diving.
brand new and never used. the tag is still on it.
comes with the pump and shaft. no arrow head, nor cord.

i have more pictures if desired.

for people who dont know. this is akin to a slingshot that launches an arrow to skewer fishes. there are models that use rubberbands (most common). this one is using air as a spring instead. the user compresses the air with the arrow to create the forces. there is no cardridges nor powder inside. it is just like a spring. this is a unregulated fishing tool in my country that can be bought easily over the counter. only some places consider this a bad tool. this is not meant to fire out of the water. there is no sights. when in use there is even a string that hold the arrow so you dont lose it (there is only one).
