Description

I am a highly motivated technologist and self-proclaimed nerd looking for 100% online remote work to support small businesses. I consider myself a Jack of All Trades.

I have a variety of skills. I am technical and have experience in customer service and UX/UI design. While I prefer not to engage with Facebook products (such as Facebook, WhatsApp, or Instagram) due to privacy, I can provide content that someone else can post on those platforms.

Here are example roles I could take on:

I am open to gig work or steady monthly work. If you think I would be a good match for something not listed. Please let me know and I can confirm whether or not I can do the work.

Here are examples of what each role may require and what I can do:

Customer Support
- Respond to customer questions and support requests through the customer support portal.
- Troubleshoot and fix technical issues reported by customers.
- Provide product information to help customers make informed decisions.

Knowledge Base Specialist
- Research common questions and issues faced by users or employees.
- Organize information clearly to improve understanding.
- Write clear and user-friendly FAQ entries and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Virtual Assistant
- Provide administrative support to businesses or entrepreneurs remotely.
- Manage schedules and appointments to help with time management.
- Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries for clients.

Project Coordinator
- Assist in planning and organizing projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate project schedules and communication among team members.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
