About the trader
MathNodes formally launched in November of 2021 as a dVPN node provider for the Sentinel network. In early 2022 we began a development contract with Sentinel to include an all inclusive desktop app suite called Meile. Later that year we became a validator on the Sentinel blockchain. We've since expanded our operations to become validators on 6 chains alongside hosting various full nodes, including Monero, Bitcoin, Firo, Pivx, Pirate Chain and Sia.
We have been very involved in the Monero community since mid 2020 and ran one of the very first Atomic Swap Market Makers (ASB) from the Comit network, now in charge by Eigenwallet. We ceased operation of our atomic swap provider in early 2024 with the unjust arrest of the Samourai devs. Our reasons to shutdown the operation was not for legal reasons but more out of convenience as we used Whirlpool aggressively with the Bitcoin we received from our swapped Monero.
Our primary interest has always been first and foremost, privacy. Without privacy a free world cannot exist. We developed Meile with the aspiration of making it payable in privacy coins without ever accepting fiat and never, under any circumstance will we implement identity verification. Monero was the first addition to off-chain payments in Meile in 2024 making Meile the very first decentralized VPN to accept Monero.
