Cosy apartment in the woods (Finland)
Description
We build this apartment on a piece of land heritage of our bigger family which was abandoned for a long time and so, the nature here looks quite primeval. This is the perfect place for personal introspective retreats, whether you are alone, or a couple. While we tried to keep everything neat and essential, we also accounted for what we would need in a similar context. Hence, this place has a very nice balance between essentiality and poshness. While we'd like to keep the style this apartment already has, if you have any important need, please let us know and we will see what can be done.
Answering often asked questions: yes, we have internet and the signal it's quite good most of the times, although when the weather is bad, it can get tricky. The apartment is not directly connected to the main road and one has to follow a dirt road for approximately 500 m. Heating system is there and works very well. Insulation was also very important to us, and as result the apartment is optimally insulated even for the colder temperatures of winters in these areas. Also, while you will probably mostly be alone all the time, there 3 others apartments in the same style around which are seldom rented out from one of our relatives — so, whenever this is the case, you may enjoy a little more silent company.
