Description
This robust-intensity organic extra virgin olive oil is produced from Frantoio, Leccino olives, typical of the Lake Trasimeno area in Umbria, central Italy.
The particular climate of the area and the typical local olives cultivars result in round aroma's with a fruity flavor and a light bitter aftertaste that excels even in the simplest of preparations.
To be used both on raw and cooked products, but preferably raw to enjoy all the taste to its best. Try pairing with garden salads and raw vegetables or just on a piece of Italian bread.
