Description
It is a breed Cannonau: it is the Cannonau di Sardegna “Mustazzo”, labeled “Sella & Mosca”. A red of Sardinia that comes directly from the fulcrum of the island, where more than 600 meters above sea level, the strong thermal excursions between day and night are useful to exalt all the best intrinsic peculiarities of the grapes. To complete the picture, the man’s hand intervenes with maceration on the skins and with an ageing spent part in wood and part in cement. The sum of all the addends offers us as a result a powerful and gentle red at the same time, marked by a fleshy, extraordinary, long and never discounted back. It's a fairytale Cannonau.
