Limited edition of 20 year old Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, 750ml / 26.39 fl oz

Special bottle created in occasion of the 'birthday' of Giusti Modena, making reference to the year 1605 in which the premium balsamic vinegar 17-generation family owned company was established.

'Banda Rossa' is the top line of Giusti Modena and has been aged in various wooden barrels to obtain it's characteristic taste recognized and awarded all over the world. Check Amazon for more info and reference prices.

These limited edition for balsamic vinegar in unusually big bottles (750ml) were used by Michelin chefs all over the world, from New York to Barcelona to Tokyo, to create special recipes with it to celebrate Giusti's 'birthday'. The chefs' creations were then shared on social media using hashtag #GiustiDay.

Giusti Day 2018 was the first edition of this special event, therefor a true collector's item.

Nota about balsamic vinegar: Once opened it doesn't go bad or gets old, it might just very slowly become more dense. You can keep an open bottle for many years in a dry and dark pantry.
