Hello, my name is Hans. I’m a digital nomad currently located in the midwest. I would like to spend 6 months ish September-February somewhere preferably warm. I'm looking for an apartment or budget furnished room to rent.
I'm easy going, very clean, organized, considerate, and respectful. I enjoy working out, hiking, camping, skateboarding, and the outdoors. I spend a lot of time in nature.
I'm a freelance music producer. I work from home and coffee shops. A place that’s near public transportation and shops would be great. I am social, but also need my quiet/alone time.
