Ok so we should obviously buy/sell Akiya (abandoned houses) in those islands were people speak Japanese. So why don't we? Well as for me I don't want to own property in my own name. But if we make some kind of group maybe we can buy/sell them and develop them together. We can also make a token. But this is primarily for living in. I don't like it when people buy properties for speculation. If a token can facilitate us getting into Akiya then I'm all for it, but there are a lot of people who need somewhere to live in this world so I prefer if properties are cheap. Contact me and we will get the details sorted out. I have already researched this on a few occasions so I have a little bit of knowledge on the subject although I am not an expert.
