This organic Parmigiano Reggiano has a crumbly and fragrant texture, right balance of savoriness, and the sweetness from medium aging, perfect for your soups and stews. When cut into flakes or little chunks, it can be used as a topping for salads or paired with sweet local cured meats, such as Mortadella and Prosciutto di Parma.

This Parmigiano Reggiano enhances the tasting of chutneys or traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
