For the uninitiated, colloidal silver is basically just tiny particles of silver that are suspended in distilled water, that's it. High voltage electricity is passed from one pure silver rod to another, both of which are "connected" by water molecules (distilled) in a contained vessel. The high voltage electricity shears of microscopic particles of silver which are then suspended in the distilled water.
Silver is known to have many desirable attributes (in addition to being an ancient medium of exchange) including: antimicrobial, antifungal, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. As such, colloidal silver has many health applications including: nasal wash, mouthwash, wound care, pink eye, ear infections, sinusitis, cold, flu, pneumonia.
