Description
Dawnbreaker Health LLC provides telehealth services and prescription refills for the following conditions. No payment required in advance. First visit is 0.011XMR. Subsequent visits are 0.062XMR. Generally, followups are required every three to six months for chronic conditions. Alternatively, we charge 0.021XMR per month per condition for ongoing refills without a synchronous follow-up. With this model, asynchronous check-ins may periodically be necessary depending on the medication and condition. We do not prescribe controlled substances other than daridorexant (Quviviq), suvorexant (Belsomra), lemborexant (Dayvigo), and Testosterone, and only if medically indicated. Otherwise, we will generally prescribe (if warranted) most medications. This includes newer patented drugs that many PCPs may shy away from. We can also help with insurance authorizations. Exceptions are things like chemotherapy, transplant immunosuppressants, drugs that require a clinician to administer, etc. We only provide service to clients within Oregon at the time of the initial visit.
