ENGLISH:
I act as a neutral 2-of-3 multisig mediator only.
I do not take sides and I decide based exclusively on evidence provided in the XmrBazaar chat (screenshots, tracking numbers, timestamps, communication history, etc.).
Response time: normally within 12-24 hours (often faster).
I will only release funds or refund after reviewing the evidence.
If one party goes silent for 7+ days, I will proceed with the remaining party according to the rules.
My fee is deducted from the multisig wallet at the time of final payout/refund.
I do not provide tech support beyond the mediation role.
All communication regarding the dispute must stay on the platform chat.

I am not tech support, if your wallet/browser is slow, I won't help you with that.
