Sudden Ban of XmrBazaar X Account
How X AI's Imaginary Rules Ended a Clean Showcase of Real Monero Usage and Circular Economy - And Why Our Path Forward Is More Decentralized P2P Offers via XMR Agora Community Posts
Earlier this week, X (still calling it Twitter in my head, sue me) decided to nuke the XmrBazaar’s account out of nowhere: no warning, no “limited visibility” flags, no temporary restriction, just straight to “Account suspended.” I woke up, checked my phone, and there it was.
XmrBazaar was professionally categorized as a “retail and marketplace” account. It posted 3-5 listings a day, never more than 10. No spammy reply-guy behavior: only answered direct questions under its own posts. Think of it as a curated feed of goods and services: heirloom hammocks made in the USA, homemade Italian jams, that sort of thing. The entire point was to show that Monero isn’t just for the dark-web stereotype crowd; it’s real money people use for normal stuff. A Craigslist-for-Monero with the same strict “no illegal listings” policy. Nothing in the feed should have raised a single eyebrow, let alone triggered a ban. Yet here we are.
