Newcomer needs help with relatively high value listing

Hello to all

I am a new user on XmrBazaar and posted my first listing /listing/RVgT/
As you can see the listing is about an ETH wallet which I have no password to.

I've created the listing as direct payment only.

Later I've found out about escrow and its mechanics and would like to add this option to the listing.
However now the listing got 4 downvotes which makes it look bad? I could imagine why, because of missing escrow?

Should I add it now or cancel the listing and create new one?

Meanwhile some users bid on the listing which I assume may be bots or real users which want to scam me somehow? Is that even possible?
Now that I think of it, it seems like total madness to blindly direct pay me, even more when I am new user here, and await delivery of the item. At least, I wouldn't do that if I was a buyer.

How to proceed and make this trade safe and trustworthy for each party?
Can I count on mediators they will fairly judge in case there will be a dispute when using escrow?
Once I will send the wallet to the buyer it's irreversible.

Can you outline your expectation?
Escrow or bond is an option to protect the buyer, pick a good reputable mediator but some of them may refuse to mediate this. Problem is the thing you're trying to sell. There's no certainly reliable way to crack a password of a wallet, you're essentially trying to sell a lottery ticket. It won't be the hot item you might think it's, it's not an easy thing to sell. Consider focusing on selling things that there's actual demand for? Password lost wallets aren't high demand hot items, they're usually used for trying to scam people. There're recovery for fee services already, search them, sell your wallet to them instead.
