The dataset is a live monitor I run: 13 nodes (fee-estimate APIs and community public nodes), one pass every 15 minutes since Sep 7. The bundle has the full history, a per-node 7-day reachability ranking, and a per-pass fee summary. CC0 - use it for anything. I regenerate a fresh snapshot at order time and send it via messenger, PGP-encrypted to your key if you publish one.
