For the love of God, please

1) let warned users' reviews not be counted in the average account review score. it doesn't make sense to review someone as scammer, get instantly bad review in reply, win the dispute and still be at loss.
2) let users labeled as scammers have big red warning when DM with them is opened. there was at least one case on XmrBazaar, where a guy already having a scammer warning (scammed me 600$) got another guy scammed once again.

Comments currently can easily be weaponized.
Look at my comment section a guy that I reported for shifty behavior comment spammed me w/ lies.
Yea the guy got slander warning on them, but why should my comment section turn into garbage w/ slanderous spam? It's like someone comes and dumps trash on your front yard, no mechanism to remove the trash? Doesn't make sense. Removing/hiding comments from labeled acc besides not counting them on average...

This isn't museum, we don't need to keep everything around, especially trash.

SoulReaver, strong example with the trash on the backyard! fair! =)
This Bazaar's stuff tends to delete/ban as little as possible, so maybe labeled comments being hidden by default with a sign "This user was marked as a scammer. The comment is hidden. [show?]" would be a fair solution.

^ Yeah, there should be personal authority over our comments section. I assume that shop owners cannot delete comments because XmrBazaar doesn't want us to hide critical comments about our listings (e.g. comment saying, "this is a scam listing"). However, people are very quick to report scam/sketchy listings. I don't see the comments helping. They just hurt a user's reputation, as we have zero control over them, and reports are actually effective.
