Small UX improvement. RN when you tag someone w/ username they get notified, but the name shows up as plain text w/ no link to their profile.

Why it helps:
- One click to check someone's profile, feedback and listings before dealing w/ them.
- No more copy pasting usernames into the URL bar or search
- Better on mobile, tap the name and you're on their profile

Since mentions already get picked up for notifications, wrapping the match in a link to /user/USERNAME/ should be a small change.
Only link usernames that actually exist.

I can't both mention and hyperlink them in the same time as is, when I put mention in the inner side, it breaks the hyperlinking.
