Currently when you upvote/downvote someone's comment the page refreshes and it snaps you back to the top of the page. This is very annoying when scrolling down threads and makes you not want to vote on someone's comment to not interrupt your reading.

Instead, the upvote should be applied without causing a page refresh.

EDIT: A related feature, comments you upvote should have the up or downvote arrow colored orange so you don't come back later and vote a comment thinking you never voted on it, undoing your original vote.
