This is an unscrupulous money lending service.
If I don't know you or don't trust you, or you have no reviews from people I know, rates will be QUITE high.
Once you pay me back and I begin to trust you, rates will rapidly reduce, potentially approaching zero if you consistently exhibit traits of a trustworthy friend.
I have met rare people here who I would send money instantly if they needed it, for no fee, because that is how trustworthy and considerate they have shown themselves to be.
This might be a good way to develop reputation if you have none, as if you pay me back, I will leave you a glowing review.
This is an experimental service, which puts me at high risk of being scammed and fucked over, as there can really be no escrow, and collateral would be annoying to deal with through mail. But also an "interest"ing experiment in creating dependable contacts and digital acquaintances, who never meet irl, yet still exhibit high trust.
I reserve the right to turn you down if you seem fishy in any way.
